1950's Cerulean Blue Drop Waist Dress With Pleated Skirt.

Drop waist pleated skirt, ivory and blue collar. The ivory collar was attached later on by the original owner. The two ties at the collar have wooden spools of white thread hanging from them. A metal zipper down the back and a matching belt complete the look of this short sleeve cerulean blue dress.
