Professional construction with no design label present but a size 23 label can be found at the interior. This stunning topper is done in a medium shade of brown, burnt sienna, fine wool felt and featuring a vibrant burnt orange feather plume surrounded by rhinestones where it fixes to the hat. The hat is styled as a cocktail half hat with an intended fit as shown, at the back top crown of the head with the feather off to the side.

Hair or hat pins can be used to help secure proper placement.

Condition is listed as excellent. Note only a few minor surface pocks, unseen upon presentation and noted for full disclosure. Some general mussing to the feather plume, presentation is absolutely gorgeous.
