Everybody needs a really great circle skirt, and this one might be what you're looking for. It's in terrific condition, perhaps never worn, and it makes a definite entrance.
The abstract Cold War - era print is dramatically done in black flocking that has a velvety finish. The fabric of the skirt itself is a very stiff brown ... something. I don't know how to describe it, except that it's sort of like taffeta, but thicker and less shiny. It's probably been treated to hold the flocking--which it does beautifully. And it makes a crackly sound when you walk, which is always fun.
Closure is with a metal zipper and a slightly stretchy black velvet waistband. There's a black tulle petticoat underneath for some poof. Very nice!
One FLAW noted: There's a place with a few holes. They look like a manufacturing error. Please see the photo. (There may be other such small spots; I haven't seen others, but it's possible.)
Waist: to 31 or 32
Hips: free
Note that this is a nonsmoking home, but it does house several feline Americans. The kitties won't come with your package, but they might help me tape it up.
