This textured gold metal, late 1950s or early 1960s brooch and earrings set combines ruby red and purple rhinestones with molded glass “fruit salad” leaves in ombré pink and periwinkle shades—very pretty! The stones are prong set (except for 3 tiny purple stones on the brooch) in the bright gold metal, which has a brushed or ridged texture on the gold leaves. The earrings have clip-on backs, and will point upwards on the ears when worn (see the photos on the earring stand). The dark red marquise-shaped rhinestones are un-foiled, with open back settings, as seen in our back view photo. Although the set is unlabeled, it is quite well made, and in excellent to mint condition.
