50s Bracelet Thermoset Red Purple Orange Raspberry

VV628
Schrager bracelet vintage Thermoset links red purple orange 7.5

Schrager used this mark from oh, about mid-1920s to end of the 1950s, which sure makes it fall in the vintage range! It is larger than the norm of the times, being about size 7 1/2...wrists were a lot, lot smaller back then, but apparently they made a variety of sizes.

The bezels are made of that strange goldy/silvery color that Lisner and Coro used so much, these are flower shaped. Each has a Thermoset cabochon on the top: 3/4 inch long and raspberry, orange, red or purple. The bracelet is 1/2 inch wide.

Closure is a J hook, going to a tiny jump ring on the other end - the hook is marked Schrager.

There is plating missing from the hinges on the underside of the bracelet, from normal wear. The bracelet is actually curved so it would lay flat, like a necklace, but....hmm, yes we were smaller but nobody had a neck that tiny!

Great find, bright and colorful.
