Both top and skirt are unlined, but the fabric is opaque

The skirt is heavily gathered into the waistband

It fastens with a metal-toothed Conmar brand zipper down the side seam and hooks and eyes and a snap on the waistband.

Thread belt loops on the waistband (no belt is present)

The border print is perfectly placed along the bottom hem and down the center with a pleat on the outside edge giving the appearance of a wrap.
