Shake it 'til you make it in this fantastically fringed wiggle dress!

This ultimate little black dress (of seduction) follows a trend that occurred around the mid-50's. Frederick's of Hollywood made a line of fringed dresses, and although it's similar, I do not believe this to be one of them. The super tight or wiggle-style silhouette leaves little to the imagination, especially when paired with a sweetheart-esque bust and shoulder straps. The dress body fabric is an acetate with some satin sheen and features a break in the fringe at the waistline, for purposes of adding on a belt. The left side has a metal zipper and hook + eye closure and the entire dress is unlined, although there are stays or boning beneath the princess seams. There are no labels or maker's marks. Overall condition is very good with some light signs of wear -especially to the trim around the top, the original straps seem to have been replaced and the back straps have some old stitch marks, and lastly there's a slight purpling discoloration at center back waist. Utterly gorgeous with non of these issues being noticeable and certainly not at night -please see pics for full details.
