1950's blue velvet mushroom brim platter hat. Downward curving brim is edged with a lighter blue satin ribbon. The crown is almost flat with a tiny self bow on the side.

Underneath has the wired edge place cap with a fabric lining.

There are some condition issues. Crown has 3 tiny pin holes which can only be seen when holding up to the light. The velvet fabric has some rubs along the downward fold. My pricing reflects these areas of damage.

Inner circumference is 20 inches but it is wired and can be moved out. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 13 1/2 inches, front to back is 13 inches.
