This is an amazing dress! Very high quality. The top of the dress is made of soft black wool. Princess seaming for a tight fit. At the top of hip starts rows and rows of ruffled black taffeta. This is attached to very heavy interfacing. It is a pencil fit underneath. There is only one area on one of the ruffles that has some marks three very tiny holes. I believe the marks will lighten up or possible dissapear with some care. I am going to try to work on it. It should be cleaned. There is some dust in between the ruffles. Right now it is sold as is. Aside from that this dress is in amazing shape. Center back metal zipper. And two of the ruffles below the back of the waist attach with snaps so you can get into the dress. This is dress would best fit an XS but please note the measurements for a proper fit.
