Vintage 40s // 50s black velvet sheer back dress by Frank Starr.

There is a tear in the sheer back portion near the right shoulder. There is also a seam split under the left armpit above the zipper that just needs a few stitches to repair.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched:
