Beautiful black velvet and satin mushroom brim style hat. Styled to cup over the head with large rosettes around the sides.

Interior is fabric covered with grosgrain covered side placement prongs.

Inner circumference is flexible due to styling. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 11 1/2 inches. Size tag reads 'adjustable'.
