This 1950s cocktail hat is a lovely fancy hat that is sure to turn heads. It is made of a soft, imported black velour which is embellished with beads, pearls, and rhinestones. It's an unusual conical shape, with an asymmetrical brim. Size 22 in circumference. Very good condition.
