50s Black Tulle Floral Party Dress Strapless Halter Red Sash Size XS

Side zipper needs stiching to re-attach in some spots. Theres a small flaw at bust line that was stitched to repair. Can be worn as halter or straps can be tucked in for strapless wear. Boning in bust was removed but there is still boning in back.

There is no size tag so please see measurements to ensure a proper fit. Measured flat unstretched.
