Fitted bodice has a wide neckline accented to sit just at the edge of the shoulders. Pretty open work floral cotton lace.

Same lace trims the armholes.

Side metal zipper.

Skirt is flared with alternating bands of see through lace.

Shown with a crinoline, you can see the white showing through the lace. Wear a vibrant contrasting color to peek through the lace bands.

Belt loops but no belt - ribbon not included.
