Vintage 50s Black Lace Cape Collar Cocktail Party Dress

Stunning circa 1950s black lacey skirt cocktail / party dress with a cape / puritan style collar. Button front bodice, hook and eye closure on lining at waist, and an attached black velvet belt.
Perfect cocktail , party , wedding guest , evening dress!
No brand/content tag. Feels like a semi-stiff cotton. Marked as a size 12, would better fit a modern size 0-2 or XS, or a small size 4 at the largest, my mannequin is a size 4 and it just barely fit. See measurements below and compare to ensure fit prior to purchase. No stretch
In excellent vintage condition, like new, has no signs of wear at all.
