Professional construction with no design or manufacture label present. The hat is styled as a figural platter hat with a bicorn silhouette. The hat is done in a bold black flocked velveteen and trimmed in front with 3 large vivid, deep pink millinery roses. The intended fit is as shown. The hat has a skull cap foundation that sits at the back top crown of the head. Hair or hat pins may also be used to help secure proper position.
