Beautiful condition! Exceptional quality! This unique dress from Jerell Jr is adorable. Wide scoop neckline. Nipped wide waist with satin cumberbund and beautiful bow in the front. Two hooks and eyes on the back of the waist help to keep it flat. The skirt has two inverted soft pleats above the hip bones. Sweet little copper embroidered roses throughout the dress. Gorgeous dress. The best fit would be a Medium but please note the measurements below for a proper fit.
