Such a cute crochet set The black cord crochet stitching is such a nice textured look. The pieces also have silver thread and cream and black wooden bead detailing. Hat sits upon the head - more decorative than functional (but thats totally ok). The purse has a cord handle and metal zipper. It is also lined with a black satin fabric and features a tiny little pocket. The purse is structured (like many bags from the 50s) and does not collapse. No tag or stamp to indicate maker.

Hat / Headpiece Measures:

1 to 1. 25 inches tall x 20 inch diameter (somewhat oblong)

The hat is meant to sit upon the head.

Purse Measures:

5. 75 inches tall (without handle) x 7 inches wide x 3. 25 inches deep

The purse can easily fit a smart phone.

Good Vintage Condition- Very minor wear. Super small spots of “fuzzying” on some of the crochet stitches and on some of the silver threading - so small they don’t even show up on camera. The fabric is a tiny bit off-set from the base of the bag (see photo). Bobby pins included, though they can be removed easily should you desire.
