The volume in the skirt of this dress is huge and it's hard to imagine someone shortening it but that's what happened.....and very well done, too. Hemming chiffon of this volume by hand could have been a disaster. So now check out the rest. Is it not divine? Lined in taffeta. Ruching everywhere! Bust, waist, back, but that neck treatment makes this totally unique. You can adjust it to make little sleeves or longer sleeves or keep it halter looking. The square back completes the look. Joan Leslie made sure this will fit on the body. Back metal zipper with hooks in all the right places. AND IT'S FLAWLESS! (and clean)
