Black velvet bow at the hip with little millinery flowers attached with wire. (These are easily removed for dry cleaning)

Hem clean finished with a Horsehair braid creating additional body to the sweep.

Condition: very good. There is yellowing at the arholes and the bottom edge of the hem that did not lift in the dry cleaning. I did not attempt a spot treatment as as it is close to the velvet and wanted to avoid color bleed. It is not obvious when worn. Freshly Dry Cleaned and ready to wear.
