50s black and red lace party dress w/ black velvet straps, velvet in the front and back w/ rhinestones on the bow, 3 scallops in the front, 3 large panels in the front and 4 small panels in the back giving a beautiful a-line style, cinched at the waist and flares at the bottom, metal zipper on the left side.
