Fantastic 1950s Leslie Fay silk shirt dress in an amazing midcentury modern print. Moss green and blue stripes with skinny black tinsel-like hash marks. It has a wide, notched shawl collar with an attached fringed scarf. Dolman sleeves. Large covered aluminum buttons. Two pleats in front, flat back, with kick pleat. Skirt is lined to the knee. Bodice is unlined. Silk is lightweight. No size tag in the dress but on the belt it indicates that it is likely a size 16. Very good condition. There was one tear in the silk under the right arm and it has been patched, as shown.
