This is a beautiful 1950s dress (union label)! The fabric is a taffeta and has a gorgeous blend of fall colors- copper, gold, orange, beige. The floral design speaks of quiet fall days. The dress has pleats in the bodice with diamond like buttons. The dress closes with a zipper up the back. The dress also has wonderful front pockets! These can be handy for carrying a small item and add interest to the skirt!

This dress would look lovely at Thanksgiving, a fall concert, a wedding, or at a dance or prom. It is well made and has been stored well. There is no fading or tears or pulls.
There are belt loops, but no belt. I used a ribbon. The pictures show the dress with and without the ribbon. I will send the ribbon with the dress.

The best part is the size! Most vintage is for small! This one is a large! (size 10-12, I think).
The dress is measured while flat and across the front.
