Low scoop neckline with satin spaghetti straps. Mesh floral lace overlay on the bodice. Sheer lace at the empire waist. Satin ribbon is threaded through the waist to allow you to tighten or loosen the waist as you wish. Voluminous layered nylon skirt trimmed in ivory lace. The under layer is silky baby blue nylon and the top layer is sheer blue nylon tulle. Low scoop back. Pulls over the head, no closures.
