This is a wonderful bluish green color pullover sweater by collectible designer Glasgo Angolura. Circa 1950s.
Lightweight lambswool / angora blend sweater with a double ribbed collar pictured.
The front does up with nine moonglow lucite 1/4" diameter buttons dyed a lighter green than the sweater.
50s bracelet length sleeves with ribbed cuffs and 3" ribbed bottom.
Glasgo sweaters are "full-fashioned" meaning they were knit into shape, rather than being cut and sewn from a flat piece of knit fabric.
The sweater is unlined.
This is a Glasgo "Turnabout" sweater which is made to be worn with the buttons front or back.
