This is a dramatic midi-length circle skirt with an attached crinoline underskirt. The vintage 1950s skirt is made from bright emerald green (brighter than the photographs depict) taffeta and is flocked with a rococo pattern. The waistband is made of velvet and there is a side zipper with 2 hooks/eyes. Size 14. The waist is 30 inches. The length is 29 inches.
