This is a beautiful vintage-1950s fitted fit and flare style dress made of taffeta fabric. The cocktail dress is designed by Polly's (480 Park, New York, Evelyn Byrnes, Inc.). The dress features a fitted waist and a dramatic pleated skirt. There are two pleated loop details at the center front waist. Two stays are attached at the front neckline. The bust is 40 inches. The waist is 32 inches. The skirt length, as measured from the waistline to the hem, is 24 inches.
