Small sized Bucket or Cloche style Striped Navy and Bright Blue Hat with a pretty paneled pattern. Turns up on the sides and back. The sides and back are fixed and stiff so designed to be worn like this. I believe it is worn all the way down on your forehead with your eyes peeping out under the brim, probably fits in at least part of your ears. The top and main body of the hat is not stiff, nor is the front downturned brim. It is going to fit a small sized head, probably 22 hat.
