DETAILS: A very cute day dress for warm weather - the double breasted bodice with oversized notched lapel collar are unusual design features. I also like the inset handwarmer pockets that stand out from the skirt with their pointed-end cuff and big buttons.

FABRIC/COLORS: Large scale plaid in a novelty weave using two different shades of turquoise with white. The fabric is lightweight with a slightly silky feel - based on a fiber burn test, I believe it's a synthetic.

CLOSURES: The double breasted bodice has 4 functional buttons - large blue textured plastic, There is also a sideseam metal zipper. I have shown the dress in some photos with a white belt from my closet - it is not included with purchase.

CONDITION: I see three small areas with bleach spotting - the smallest is just below the waist, and there is another about half way down and a third about 6" above the hem - see closeup of the middle one, which is similar in size to the one near the hem. I also see a pair of faint light brown stains on the mid-to-lower skirt further to wearer's right - see closeup with one above and to the right of the marker, the other below and more centered in the photo.
