This is just a divine 50s/60s dress set of a fitted wiggle dress and a swing coat. The set is made of a rayon floral printed brocade. The coat has a sweet and decked-out peter pan collar that is covered in clear glass seed beads sprinkled with brass sequins and silver bugle beads. There are also large diamond-shaped crystals that dangle. The coat does have one button hidden just under the collar to close the coat. The coat is open and loose fitting and falls just past the knees. The jacket also has ¾-length sleeves and rolled cuffs that are also covered in embellishments. At the hips, there is a pocket on each side. The jacket is fully lined in matching brassy rayon. There is also a label Edward Abbott on the back of the neck.

The dress has looped spaghetti straps and a pleated sweetheart neckline that is hidden by a matching decked-out crumb catcher. The dress is fitted throughout the hips and has the ever-flattering princess seams. At the hips, there is a pocket on each side with so much room. From the hips, the skirt hangs straight in a pencil silhouette just past the knees. There is a little overlap slit at the center back to help with ease of movement when walking. The dress zips up the side with two sets of hooks and eyes at the top to keep it secure. The dress is also fully lined in brassy rayon. The bodice is fully boned to give it support; there is also a waist tape to help keep it up. The boning is not too heavy but is not feather-light either. There is another matching label to the coat on the side of the zipper.

The set is in great condition with no flaws to note. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
