Tagged Vogue Paris Original! This dress is Exquisite. No size or Fabric Content. Believed to be Silk Shangtun in a Beautiful Shiny Teal Jewel Tone. I found this website that lets you look by description of each pattern and then it shows you the original pattern for the dress! This is a Handmade Wonder!! I just couldn't find who the designer was.
