Sleeves are supposed to be worn slightly off the shoulder. Metal zipper in back. Tie at the waist. Bust is 36" Waist 26"Hips are 36" This dress is not stretchy, and it is supposed to fit exactly. There may be a little wiggle room in the bust because of the darts, but not too much. There are some loose beads and a few have fallen off, but most are secure. Just be careful with it.
