This is an absolutely lovely vintage top by Baar & Beards "Top Hit Fashions."

What a great mid century look! Orange and olive green ovals and flower print, button front closure, and straight cut bottom make this top the perfect match for a high waisted pencil skirt, capris, or slacks. In these photos, it is paired with the skirt of a rust knit skirt suit (also for sale here on Thrilling!). What a great match!

The union label puts this top as being from somewhere between 1955-1964.

This blouse is in excellent vintage condition. I could find no stains, rips, tears, or other flaws.

Since there is no fabric tag, I have to guess at what it is made of. It feels like a thick cotton. It is a bit textured, like a light canvas or a heavy linen. There is no stretch to this top at all.
