Early 60’s Suzy Perette Pink Floral Party Dress

Sheer fabric (maybe acetate) of roses or sweet peas over pale pink acetate. The bodice is sleeveless and has a banded waist. The skirt is full. The issue is the under arm is torn at the seam.
