Super cool 1960s Mr Frank New York green and blue watercolor look cocktail dress. I believe this is made of a brushed or polished cotton. Dress is sleeveless with a low back and a fishtail peplum over a very wiggly knee length skirt. Skirt has a short slit at the center back and is detached from the peplum and zipper.

Shown on form at 37-28-38. This was a little loose in the bust but a good fit otherwise. There is absolutely no give to this dress.

Measurements:

Bust~38 inches+darts.

Waist~29. 5 inches

Hip~39 inches

Length~42 inches from top of shoulder.

Hem~17. 5 inches flat.

Very good condition. Still has paper tags inside. There are some spots with bead loss but it's not that noticeable because of the style of beading. Since this dress still has paper tags I opted to not clean it.
