These mocha brown kid suede long gloves date from the late 1950s or early 1960s. The kid leather is extremely soft, and very fine and thin—a joy to wear! The gloves are unlined, and appear barely worn. Missing their paper size tag, the gloves fit like a vintage glove size 7 (see measurements for more details). They are between the forearm and the elbow in length—perfect for wearing with the three-quarter-length-sleeved coats of the mid-20th century, circa late 50s to early 60s. The wacky label inside one glove has a baby goat, swathed in an evening wrap, and wearing gloves, of course! “Barra Gloves” were originally made in Naples, Italy, and this particular pair of mid-century kidskin gloves is in excellent condition.
