1950's/1960's Infant/Toddler Girls Cotton Checkered Plaid Dress

Darling checkered plaid dress in white, blue, gray, yellow, orange and teal in abstract square checkered plaid with a rounded almost Bertha collar edged with a ruffle. A mint blue collar, side hem ruffle and under each sleeve. There are belt loops around the waist although the belt is not present. There is a full circle skirt on this dress. A single eye hook at the back of the neckline.

Needs a little TLC. There is a hole in the front of the collar where a small bow probably was attached, A sprinkle of stains on both shoulders however they are hidden under the collar.
