-Made from lightweight cotton in blue and pale blue stripe with black accents

-Fitted sleeveless top with boat neckline and bow decoration

-Hits around the knees on an average, but comes with 5-6 inches hem allowance, so there is plenty of fabric for lenghtening

-Very full, lightly pleated skirt with layers for extra volume
