Rock this vintage cutie your own way. Photos show one traditional styling and some not-so-traditional. Cropped crushed velvet evening jacket is another piece that most would think is from the 50s, but the ILGWU label says not older than 1963. "Mad Men" / Mrs. Maisel early 60s mid century vintage short cropped black crushed velvet jacket with fur collar. Originally considered "Audrey Hepburn" / "Jackie Kennedy" style. This black crushed velvet jacket has late 50s New Look influence. Half sleeves. The fur is real, very dark brown, probably mink (not my forte). It's asymmetrical and can be worn turned up or down almost flat. Two velvet buttons, single snap in one corner. No pockets, lined in taffeta. CONDITION? Flawless, clean and ready for cocktails.
