Usually known as "Jac o Nets", this is like a formed kerchief. Big bouffant hair styles started in the late 50s and worked through the early 60s. No package here, just this fun item. It ties under chin (but they tied them behind neck!) The front flips over to make panel framing face. No flaws here, no breaks in the tulle. Very lightweight!
