Vintage 1950s / 1960s Black Suede Stilettos. Size 5 B Narrow. Designer Rao Koury handmade pilgrim pumps. Stunning haute couture, high heel shoes. Mr Herbert Registered Couture Footwear New York, custom made shoes for Marilyn Monroe. His red leather pumps worn by Marilyn were auctioned off in 2012. Pointed toe, black suede permanent shoe clips with silver metal oval over thick elastic band. Insole fully leather lined, suede heel grip, finely finished piped edge, leather sole, half round spike heel.
