This dress is sugar daddy's funeral fifth time divorcee meets jetsetter. Two scrolls of black pleats attach from the back to the hem of the dress, while stripes of black satin pleat at the waist and stripe like a hornet’s alternating between matte and ribbon. This dress needs some restoration or replacement of the sheer panel as it is fraying at left and right sides as pictured, and is priced with this in mind.
