1950's/1960's Black and White checkered three quarter sleeve.

Flying Nun collar crop jacket, with double breasted buttons. This jacket right below the breast.

Bottom hem where each corner meets the piece of the jacket behind it has a snap button, one on each bottom corner to help keep it smooth and keep the corners from curling.
