A quintessentially 1950s/1960s color combination: bright gold and light turquoise, or blue topaz. This brooch is a beautiful touch of sparkling color--with enameled accents too!

Stamped "Made in Austria," one of the great centers of glasswork at the era.

Condition is vintage good. It would be excellent, but one of the glass pieces has a chip on the back. It does not show without close observation, but it is there. Also, one of the enameled leaves has bent slightly--also not hugely noticeable. I don't want to try to bend it back because I would hate to break it.

This estate piece has been cleaned and is resting in my nonsmoking, pet-loving home.
