This dress is perfect for summer parties, weddings, or other special events. Made of printed cotton with a slight glazed or polished finish, it features a tiered effect with velvet and lace trim, working front self-covered buttons, back zipper, and attached tulle petticoat. There are snaps on the inside of the bodice front; I believe these were probably to attach a separate dickey-type insert to make the neckline higher.

No maker's label. The woman from whom this dress comes had some of her clothing custom made; this appears to be one of those items.

Dress is shown in photos with a separate, full crinoline and, in the last, with just its attached one. Makes a cute day dress without the separate crinni.

Very good condition. Has been professionally dry cleaned. There is a small area on the right front near the top buttons that apparently had a corsage attached. A tiny, less-than-pinhole sized hole remains, as does a very light spot (see photos). These aren't noticeable unless you're looking for them. Dress is in otherwise excellent condition.

Size: M (6 - 8). Garment dimensions below; we recommend you compare them to a similarly styled dress you own that fits you well. There's no stretch to the fabric, so please leave fit ease.
