This set has no label, likely made by a very skilled home seamstress.
The dress is a slinky rayon or nylon, I didn't do a burn test. The coat is faille. Color is navy blue and blue print

Dress has button front bodice, side zipper, wide collar, shirt cuffed sleeves and matching belt. Belt has some discoloration. Dress underarms lightly discolored and 3 spots along the front edge of skirt. I spot treated and the color lightened tremendously so with further cleaning this should improve even more.
