It closes with two shell buttons at the back and has a back tie. The label reads, "Hand made in the Philippines". It measures 8 1/2" across the shoulders, the chest is 24"around, the armhole depth is 4" and the length is 14". Excellent condition. Hand or gentle machine wash.
