So 50s "New Look", with its feminine curves! Curvy fitted bodice with princess seaming and darting, moderately padded shoulders, large notched collar, vertical inset handwarmer pockets. The upper collar and the pocket welting are edged in black satin. The back has small inverted pleats opening from the waist upward for soft fullness, nicely accented by a self fabric half-belt inset into the princess seams.

CONDITION: Very good. I don't see any stains, holes, tears or other issues. The only thing that keeps it from being excellent is that these are not the original buttons. When I acquired the jacket, it was missing two buttons, so I replaced them all with vintage style plastic buttons of the correct size.
