Gathered blue tulle with silver and blue floral lace tulle cupping bust line

Skirt front has double ruffle of silver and blue tulle

Skirt back has 5 ruffles

I would estimate this to be a 0-2 but be sure to see measurements below- it is tiny

Side zipper 14" and hook and eye
