Beautiful vintage black and red dress circa 1950s. Wiggle style with horizontal rows of alternating black ruffled ribbon and red lace. Simple scoop neck in front and back. Cap sleeves. Has a back metal zipper. Small to a smallish medium size, I'd say. Fully lined in what feels like silk or maybe a silk blend. No label.

Excellent to good vintage condition. The only issue I could find with the body of the dress itself is the slightest bit of color fade at the shoulders. The lining of the bodice though is pretty shattered. The skirt lining seems to be fine, I didn't see any issues. The dress is not sheer though, even where the lace is, because of an additional middle layer that the lace and ribbon is sewn onto. So you could either leave the lining as is and ignore it, or remove it and leave it as is or replace it. In other words, this shattered lining really doesn't have much effect on how wearable or sound the dress is, so yay for that. :) Priced accordingly, it would be a lot more without this.
